Job Description
· Maintaining and updating records of stocks
· Counting materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock at the warehouse/Store Received collateral requests from respective departments and branches
· Package and Delivery items to respective departments and branches
· Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet the company’s standards
· Input good issues in SAP for each item with related cost centers.
· Researching the accuracy of product details and testing new products
· Proceeding Good issue notes
· Organize inventory and storage area daily & weekly.
· Maintain items record, document control, and utilize reports to the Manager.
· Coordinate in working with other departments (Inventory & Facility Management).
· Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.
Requirements
· Any graduated
· Strong MS Office basic skills.
· Outgoing & pleasant personality (extrovert) and be approachable.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Ability to work with priorities and tight deadlines and ensure the execution of tasks on time.
· Work within the organization to establish and grow best practices and procedures with a focus on improving the ability of the organization to meet deliverables.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Self-motivated individuals with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the passion and appetite to learn newer technologies.
